1.Gear pump as metering pump, the filling volume is flexible. with big range of filling capacity.Can speed the metering and filling speed and the filling accuracy is high, easy to use and flexible；2.Machine materials which are directly in contact with liquids (hopper & filling nozzles):made of 304 # stainless steel and food-grade PVC. The filling nozzle is made of stainless steel 304, which is corrosion resistant and meets GMP production requirements.The material of the feeding hose is PVC, the temperature range is -10 ℃ ~ + 90 ℃;
3.The filling mouth is equipped with anti-drip device to ensure that there is no drawing or dripping during filling;
4.Standard machine is not including stirring function,can be customized according to customer’s requirement;
5.The gear pump seal ring adopts type O ring (can be filled at 80 ℃), the service life of the seal ring is about half a year,need to replace the seal ring after half a year；
6.The highest filling temperature is within 70 ℃；Can be with customized 90℃(upgraded feeding tube);
7.The storage tank contains the alarm function,hen the material reaches the lowest level, the feeding pump will start feeding, and when the material reaches the highest level, the feeding pump will be closed.reduce equipment failure effectively;
