1. Vision/Sensor Detection & Rejection for Non-Stackable Lids
Standard cap feeders often struggle with large-diameter, non-stackable plastic lids. Vicanpack engineered a custom lid feeding mechanism integrated with an optical sensor. The system automatically detects upside-down or misaligned lids, ejects them into a dedicated collection bin for manual recovery, and ensures only correctly oriented lids are pressed onto the cups.
2. Multi-Film Roll Compatibility & Recipe Parameter Storage
To accommodate various barrier films (PE, PP, Laminated Foil), the machine features precise temperature control and adjustable sealing pressure. Operators can perform sealing tests for different film materials and save optimized parameters directly in the PLC recipe manager for instant recall during product switchovers.
3. Turnkey Monoblock Integration
The line synchronizes automatic cup dispensing, pre-formed pouch insertion, roll film heat sealing, automated lid feeding, over-cap pressing, and inkjet date coding into a single continuous conveyor system.
