The Challenge: Versatility Meets Custom Packaging

For beverage producers manufacturing multiple SKUs, packaging flexibility is essential. Our Paraguayan client faced two primary operational hurdles when sourcing an automatic liquid filling machine:

  • Wide Capacity Range (350ml to 2L): They needed an automatic filling machine for liquid that could seamlessly switch between small (350ml) and large (2L) PET bottles without changing expensive core machine parts.

  • Custom Cap Compatibility: Standard capping units failed to accommodate their custom-designed caps, leading to thread misalignments and inconsistent sealing torque.

To meet these production requirements, Vican Packing engineered a complete bottle liquid filling line tailored to their factory layout and strict food-grade hygiene standards.

The Solution: A Fully Integrated 2,000 BPH Beverage Bottling Line

This automated PET bottle filling line integrates six modular units into a continuous 13.3-meter high-efficiency workflow:

1. Automatic Bottle Unscrambler

Efficiently organizes bulk PET bottles onto the conveyor belt, feeding them into the cleaning unit with zero bottle jamming.

2. 10-Head Inversion Bottle Washer

Flips PET bottles 180° upside down for an internal water rinse, eliminating dust and micro-particles prior to filling.

3. 8-Head Automatic Piston Filler

High-precision automatic bottle filling machine equipped with volumetric piston pumps. Ideal for handling both water-thin liquids and viscous liquid filling packaging machine requirements across the 350ml–2L bottle range at 2,000 bottles/hour.

4. Cap Elevator

Automatically lifts and feeds custom caps into the capping hopper, reducing manual touchpoints and contamination risk.

5. 4-Wheel Gripper Capper

Specially customized automatic bottle filling and capping machine module. The 4-wheel friction mechanism applies gentle, constant torque to secure unique caps without scratching or cross-threading.

6. Bottle Collection Table

Buffers filled and capped bottles for downstream labeling, coding, and cartooning.

Client Review & Testimonial

"We were initially worried about how our unique custom caps would perform on a standard packaging machine, but Vican Packing’s bespoke capping unit was a total game-changer. The torque control is flawless with zero cross-threading. Plus, the quick-changeover design allows us to switch from 350ml to 2L PET bottles in minutes, significantly boosting our daily output!"
